FM 762 RV PARK RULES

 

  1. Person responsible for occupying the space must sign our registration form(s). Husband may sign for both he and wife. In case of  multiple adults who are not husband and wife ALL adults must sign the registration form(s). Check out time is 12:00 noon.

 

  1. All Travel Trailers and Motorhomes must be at least 21 feet in length, self contained and be RVIA approved to qualify for monthly rates. Outside  propane tanks should be placed on the tongue of the trailer if possible. If questions you must discuss with management.

 

  1. All fees are payable in advance.  Rent is NOT REFUNDABLE OR TRANSFERABLE. Overdue rent is charged at $20.00 per day until paid in full. Additionally, we reserve the right to disconnect your space from all utilities with no further notice.

 

  1. Each site is limited to two adults. Each additional person is $3 per day with a maximum of $50 per month. Maximum vehicle occupancy is one (1) Travel Trailer or Motorhome and two (2) vehicles, which must be parked in designated areas. Parking on the grass is only permitted when grass has grown in the designated parking areas. If you have two vehicles you must park them side by side as close as possible. We are working on plans to add an additional designated parking are for third vehicles.

 

  1. If your stay is in excess of seven (7) days you are required to make use of PVC pipe or other approved device to run your water hose or electric cord through with the other attached to the outside and elevated off of the ground. This rule includes your septic connection also.

 

  1. No outside fires excluding grills.

                       

  1. Minors-  Parents must be responsible for supervising their children at all times.  Children must not be left alone or unattended in the campground.

 

  1. Pets-Limit of 30 pounds per pet and they must live inside your vehicle.  The only time your pet can be outside is on a leash with you on the other end.  When your pet poops, you must scoop it and discard it in the dumpster. This applies to all dogs and cats.

 

  1. Speed limit-5 MPH is the maximum.

 

  1. Off road vehicles are prohibited.

 

  1. Quiet hour begins at 10:00 p.m. Each tenant is responsible for enforcing Quiet Hour on their site.

 

  1. Sewer connectors are required on all sewer sites.

 

  1. No trailer or car washing allowed.

 

  1. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MOWING DAMAGES.

 

  1. Please put trash (no furniture) in the dumpster located near the restrooms. Tie all trash bags closed prior to putting them into the dumpster.

 

  1. Consumption of alcoholic beverages is limited to the inside of your trailer and the immediate area assigned to you. No walking around the park with alcoholic beverages outside of your space will be tolerated. NO drunkenness, use of illegal drugs and loud noise permitted.

 

  1. All outside structures, including porches and storage buildings must be pre-approved in writing by management.

 

  1. No use of personal washing machines

 

It is impossible for the yard man to do his job when there is a lot of “clutter”. To mention a few the list would include, but not be limited to boxes, barrels, buckets, cans, tool, tires, ladders, furniture (excluding approved patio furniture). Management reserves the right to include other items that are not listed above, that in their sole discretion, detracts from the cleanliness and attractiveness of this Park.
